GAJAR KA HALWA

INGREDENT
 

gajar=1 kilo(is ko kadu kash kar ke is ke apne pani main hi bowil kar lein or pani ko khusik ka rdein)
sugar=1 cup
milk powder=2 cups
aalichi=hasb-e-zarorat
khoya=i cup
oil ya ghee=1 cup

METHOD

ghee ko garm kar lein is main aalichi dal dein ,or gajar ko bhi dal dein is ko thora sa bhone or phir is main sugar bhi dal dein jab sugar achi tarhan mix ho jaye to is main milk powder bhi dal dein or achi tarhan bhone kar utar lein or is main khoya dal kar achi tarhan mix kar lain or ap ka maze dar halwa tyar .

METHOD

pehly thore se oil main lehson ke paste ko fariekar lein phir is main chicken ke chote chote peice kar ke woh bhi daal dein or frie kar lein phir is main tamam sabzyan daal dein kar pakaein or is main hasb-e-zarorat chinese namak bhi daal dein,phir is main chawal daal dein mix karn ke bad utar lein or chinese chawal peesh karen.
 

APPLE KI CHATNI

INGREDENT

lemon juice=2 adat bare size ke
kish mish=hasb-e-zararat
fruit viniger=3/4 cup
namak=2 pinches

METHOD

apple ko ek dechki main daal dein is main kuti hoi adrak,brown sugar,white sugar,namak,viniger,kish mish,daal dein or lemon juice bhi daal dein or is ko pakne ke liye rakh dein, is ko dhak kar rakhna hay take bilkul apple gal jayein,or phir ap ki apple ki chatni tyar.
 

PUNJABI KORMA

INGREDENTS

METHOD

lal mirch,alichi,zeera ko rost kar lein tawe par phir is ko pis lein is main namak,lehson adrak ke paste,garm masala dal kar mix kar lein or is main 1 cup pani dal kar mix kar lein
dosri taraf ek decki main pyaz(onion) ko lal kar lein or is main meat ko bhi dal dein or meat ko golden kar lein phir is main woh sare masale dal dein or bhone phir is main dehi or flour dal dein or hilayein phir is main itna pani dalein ke ye gal jaye or phir pash karein.

Thai Chicken

IINGREDENTS

250 gm. boneless chicken
1 green chili chopped
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 carrot, cut in rounds
1 bell pepper cut in squares
1 red onion cut in big slices
1-2 tbsp. corn flour

Method Of Thai Chicken
 
In a pan fry chilies and garlic when garlic turns light golden then add chicken and cook it till chicken turns white.
Add spices, vinegar, soy and Worcestershire sauce and sauté. Once spices are dry and there is very little water left, add sugar. This will caramelize the chicken. Add milk and let it sit on low flame.
Add vegetables (carrots go first, they take longer to tenderize) and sauté.
Add water (according to gravy needs) and cover it. Cook till chicken becomes soft and then add corn flour (dissolved in water) and cook till gravy thickens.
Serve with egg fried rice and fish crackers.
 

Easy Pond Cake

Ingredients

8 ounce butter
2 cup fine sugar
4 eggs
3 cup flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
Icing sugar to dust
1 tsp. vanilla essence
Method Of Easy Pond Cake
 
Pre heat oven to 180 degree C .
Beat 8 ounces butter and 2 cups sugar till fluffy add 1 tsp. vanilla essence.
Sieve together 3 cups flour and 4 tsp. baking powder in your beaten sugar and butter mixture, beat in eggs one at a time alternating with sieved mixture of flour and 1 ½ cup milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Pour mixture in a greased pan, bake for 45 minutes, cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn onto wire rack to cool completely, dust with icing sugar.
