GAJAR KA HALWA

gajar=1 kilo(is ko kadu kash kar ke is ke apne pani main hi bowil kar lein or pani ko khusik ka rdein)
sugar=1 cup
milk powder=2 cups
aalichi=hasb-e-zarorat
khoya=i cup
oil ya ghee=1 cup

METHOD

ghee ko garm kar lein is main aalichi dal dein ,or gajar ko bhi dal dein is ko thora sa bhone or phir is main sugar bhi dal dein jab sugar achi tarhan mix ho jaye to is main milk powder bhi dal dein or achi tarhan bhone kar utar lein or is main khoya dal kar achi tarhan mix kar lain or ap ka maze dar halwa tyar .

Thai Chicken

IINGREDENTS

250 gm. boneless chicken
1 green chili chopped
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 carrot, cut in rounds
1 bell pepper cut in squares
1 red onion cut in big slices
1-2 tbsp. corn flour

Method Of Thai Chicken
 
In a pan fry chilies and garlic when garlic turns light golden then add chicken and cook it till chicken turns white.
Add spices, vinegar, soy and Worcestershire sauce and sauté. Once spices are dry and there is very little water left, add sugar. This will caramelize the chicken. Add milk and let it sit on low flame.
Add vegetables (carrots go first, they take longer to tenderize) and sauté.
Add water (according to gravy needs) and cover it. Cook till chicken becomes soft and then add corn flour (dissolved in water) and cook till gravy thickens.
Serve with egg fried rice and fish crackers.
 

Easy Pond Cake

Ingredients

8 ounce butter
2 cup fine sugar
4 eggs
3 cup flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
Icing sugar to dust
1 tsp. vanilla essence
Method Of Easy Pond Cake
 
Pre heat oven to 180 degree C .
Beat 8 ounces butter and 2 cups sugar till fluffy add 1 tsp. vanilla essence.
Sieve together 3 cups flour and 4 tsp. baking powder in your beaten sugar and butter mixture, beat in eggs one at a time alternating with sieved mixture of flour and 1 ½ cup milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Pour mixture in a greased pan, bake for 45 minutes, cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn onto wire rack to cool completely, dust with icing sugar.
 
 

Chocolate Biscuit Trifle

Ingredients

1 cup brownies, cut in squares
1 packet cream
2 tsp. coco powder
2 cups milk
2 tsp. corn flour
1 cup sugar
1 packet simple chocolate sweet biscuits

Method Of Chocolate Biscuit Trifle

Boil the milk and then add sugar in it. When sugar is dissolved then add coco and corn flour( dissolved in cold milk) in it.
Stir continually and cook till it thickens.
Whip the cream with 2 tbsp. sugar until it becomes thick and form peaks.
Take a dish and arrange brownies in it. Now put the chocolate custard over it. And then layer of whipped cream and add the layer of crushed biscuits on top.
Garnish it with some cream and fruit. Serve chilled.
 

GULAB JAMAN

INGREDENTS

METHOD

METHOD

Aaloo bukharon ko 4 glass pani main pakne den,itna pakaein ke ye narm ho jayen,phir is main se gutlian nikal den,is main sugar, lal mirch,namak,dal kar grand kar lein or kuch alloo bukharon ko ese hi rehne dein ,or chatni tyar.

Vegetable And Cheese Squares


INGREDIENTS 


Ingredients for dough

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 kg
WHITE CUMIN
1tsp
OIL/GHEE
3-4tbsp
SALT
as required
For filling

BOILED PEAS
1/2cup
CHOPPED CARROTS
1/2cup
CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS
1/2cup
CHOPPED CAULIFLOWER
1/2cup
MOZZARELLA CHEESE
200 gm
EGGS
1
CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
1/2tsp
RED CHILI POWDER
1tsp
ALL SPICE POWDER
1/2tsp
WHOLE CUMIN
1/2tsp
SALT.
as required
OIL
for frying

DIRECTIONS

Mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl:-

All purpose flour, oil\ghee ,cumin and salt. Knead to form a smooth dough. Roll the dough with a rolling pin to form a circular disc.



Method for filling:-


In a mixing bowl mix together the carrots,peas,spring onions,cauliflower,cheese,red chili powder, black pepper ,salt and cumin.
Beat an egg in separate bowl.
Cut the dough into square shapes, add the filling to each square dough, brush with the egg and fold from all four corners.
Deep fry in a wok. Garnish with chopped coriander .Serve with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

Naan


Ingredients:

450g self raising flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
250ml warm milk
2 teaspoons sugar
4-5 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Method:

Sift the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl, then add 4 tablespoons of the melted butter and rub into the flour mixture with your hands.
Then gently add the milk and mix so it forms soft dough.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
Place in a bowl, put aside for 25 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions; flatten each one so it looks like a thick cake. Cover with a cloth and put aside for 10 minutes.
Roll each of the portions into a disc shape around 8 inches in diameter. Brush the tops of the bread with the remaining butter and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Place the naan on a lightly oiled grill rack and cook under a preheated medium grill for 1-2 minutes each side or until lightly browned.
Serve these naan warm at the side of a delicious curry.
